personal information when you use our Learning Management System (Compliance Learning
Portal.).

- Account Data: Name, employee ID, department, and login credentials.
- Activity Data: Course progress, assessment scores, completion dates, and time spent
on modules. - Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and device information used to access the
LMS.

We use the collected data to:
- Maintain and monitor employee compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering),
CFT, and KYC regulations. - Track professional development and departmental training requirements.
- Report training completion to the Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) and Financial
Investigation Unit (FIU) as required by law.
- Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your data. We may share information with:
- Regulatory Bodies: Compliance records may be shared with the CBSL and FIU to
meet legal oversight requirements. - Management: Your department heads and HR may access your progress reports.
