By accessing or using the Majestic Pride LMS, you agree to comply with and be bound by
the following terms.

1. Eligibility and Access
   Access to this LMS is restricted to authorized employees of Golden Island Hospitality Private
   Limited (GIHPL) and its affiliates (Majestic Pride Casino, Spice Garden, Golden Island Bet
   Shop). You must use your assigned credentials and are responsible for maintaining their
   confidentiality.
2. Mandatory Training
   As per company policy and regulatory requirements (FATF recommendations):

• All employees must complete assigned courses relevant to their department.
• Assessments must be completed honestly and individually to ensure operational
  integrity.

1. Intellectual Property
   All content on this Platform, including manuals (Gaming, Cash Cage, Accounts & Finance,
   etc.), videos, and questionnaires, is the property of Majestic Pride Sri Lanka. You may not
   copy, distribute, or share this material outside of the organization without express written
   consent.
2. User Conduct
   Users agree not to:

• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any security features of the LMS.
• Provide false information or complete assessments on behalf of other employees.
• Use the portal for any purpose other than professional training and compliance.

1. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The LMS is provided “as is.” While we strive for 100% accuracy in our training manuals, the
   Platform is a tool for learning and does not replace official legal advice or direct departmental
   supervision.
2. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising from the use of this
   Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sri Lanka.
